Who are we?

Trust is a community based women's project offering support and opportunities for vulnerable women in South London, including women involved in, exploited through or exited from prostitution and involved in, moving on from, or at risk of involvement in the Criminal Justice System. Trust also provides an aftercare service for women who have exited prostitution, drug and alcohol use or offending and are looking to make positive changes in their lives. Trust is based in Lambeth and in addition to supporting women in South London, we have provided training on service development and regional and national prostitution strategies. The project was established in 1999 and has been a registered charity since 2004 (charity number 1104461). We are also a Charitable Company Limited by Guarantee (company number 5099295).

Our vision is to contact, befriend and build relationships of trust with women and young women involved in, exploited through or exiting prostitution. We seek to encourage women to make information choices and decisions about issues that are important to them offering hope, new opportunities and long-term support through the process of change.
